DELIVERY Orders are usually dispatched within 7 - 28 days of receiving payment, subject to availability. If your order is urgent, just let us know by e-mailing happy.llewdib@fpdial.co.uk and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (requires a signature on delivery). We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

RETURNS POLICY We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Kittiwake Jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, less deductions for P&P. Reports of damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within three days by ringing 01353 698497; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the item (s) are made to order according to a client's own specification. Made to order status will be represented on the product page. Therefore we will not be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.
