PRICING
Kittiwake Jewellery reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.
DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day of receiving payment,. If your order is urgent, just let me know by e-mailing happy.llewdib@tiscali.co.uk and I will do my best to meet your needs. Items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (requires a signature on delivery).

For mainland Great Britain - England, Scotland and Wales - £2.50
For all other EU destinations £5.00

RETURNS POLICY
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Kittiwake Jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, less deductions for P&P. Reports of damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within 14 days by ringing 01353 698497. Under no circumstance am I able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a 'cooling off' period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
