Kittiwake jewellery was an idea born by Melinda Llewdib in 2006

'I have wonderful memories of days spent beach-combing along the English coastline looking for treasures and this continues today.  I am particularly fond of sea glass which comes in many shapes and colours.  Sea glass is worn to smooth organic forms & sculpted by the constant ebb and surge of the tide over decades, these gems are now highly sought after.   I love the simplicity of this special glass and have added sterling silver to make my jewellery.  I  hope you enjoy it as much as I do.'
 
It is the awe of nature and the sheer beauty & romance of what the sea has left behind that inspired Melinda to create her stunning jewellery.
